Marine equipment

Herring Cove Marine was established by Charles Brown to build, repair and maintain a variety of boats and yachts. Located in the coastal village of Herring Cove, just south of Halifax, Nova Scotia,  Their broad experience with wood, fiberglass and epoxy, ranges from small jobs to major refits.

The Herring Cove 32 was a great example of classic good looks, up to date design and quality construction, all combining to produce a beautiful and durable boat in the "Lobster Yacht" tradition. Whether you're going sport fishing, taking a coastal cruise or taking the gang for an island picnic, the Herring Cove 32 can do it all in style and safety.

The 14,000 square foot yard is located on the waterfront in the fishing village of Herring Cove. Facilities include a slipway, wharf and 1,500 square foot shop. We build our boats at our 5,000 square foot production building in nearby Harrietsfield.

The 23 foot, Bluenose Class Sloop, brings together the classic good looks of this W. J. Roue design with modern fiberglass construction, to produce a daysailer with timeless appeal.
